Logging Off and Lounging Out

This is my last blog post for 2014. I’m taking a break between now and the New Year to hang with the fam. I hope you have some serious down time planned as well.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for reading my ramblings on The Leaders Digest in 2014. To say this year has been a journey for me is a massive understatement (and I'm not just talking about the blog peeps!)

I have been so grateful (and at times surprised) watching the growing numbers of readers. To know TLD is ranked in the top 100 socially shared leadership blogs in the world is pretty cool. We are keen to get in the top 50 in 2015, so if a post resonates, feel free to share it with your colleagues and friends :-)

I get SUCH a kick when you write in, share or comment. I love hearing your thoughts on the topics I write about and I learn so much from you.

If TLD has made you smile, if you have learned something new or if it came across your desk on the day you needed to read it, then my mission to ignite better leadership in others is being fulfilled. And that makes me happy like Pharrell.
